Yep…it’s that time again!
We’re picking up roots once more.
We’re up to our necks in boxes and dust bunnies.
Hubby has an awesome new job opportunity, and it all just felt like the right thing to embark upon and just at that right time in our lives. 🙂
How’s this for our new digs? Pretty gorgeous, right?
I think it has a lot of possibilities, don’t you? I’ve heard the farmers markets in the very nearby Mount Vernon are amazing too…can’t wait!
PS…We’ll be removing our Tidbits & Things inventory from it’s current location at Pip & Lola’s, at the Freighthouse Square in Tacoma, WA. This will be happening sometime before this next weekend. If you’ve been interested in stopping by and purchasing goodies from our line, then now’s the time to snatch it before it’s all gone! 😉 We will be keeping our eyes peeled to the new possibilities for another physical business location as we settle into our new hometown.
Cheers and lots of happy days to you!
Bethany~
Looks beautiful! Good luck with all the moving.
The tulip fields look absolutely beautiful! I’m so excited for you guys! Good luck with the move ❤
What a wonderful opportunity! Good luck with the move and getting your new home all set up.
Cheers, Karen
Bethany, the area for your new home looks beautiful! I have a hard time imagining moving, I’ve lived in the same area for 28 years, same house for 22!!! But sometimes imagine what it would be like to live somewhere new. Good luck in your new home.

That area is just gorgeous. Good luck on your move. I am cleaning up and will be house hunting too. I am only going toward Dallas though so my other two sons will live with me and we can all save up a bit. I still hope to come north for a trip but not yet due to all the circumstances. I guess it was good that sockapalooza wasn’t in 2013 after all.
Beautiful area! Wishing you the best on your family’s move and new endeavors. 😀
What a gorgeous area! Good luck to you and the family.
You are so lucky, everything you could want is there. The location is so cool, beaches, mountain, Canada, and the camping is great as well as the fishing. Good luck.
Welcome to La Conner! Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help make your move easier for you both. My direct email is director@laconnerchamber.com or phone is 360-466-4778.
You will LOVE La Conner!
I lived in Mt Vernon for more than 20 years. It is so beautiful in that part of WA state and La Conner is a fun town (except during Tulip Festival time which I think is right about now). The area has grown quite a bit since I moved away in 1999 but at least La Connor has remained relatively unchanged. (To be honest, I avoid Mt Vernon these days as its too crowded and there are areas that aren’t the best). The Snow Goose farm just outside of Conway is a great place to shop as well as the Farmer’s markets in Mt Vernon and Anacortes. You are also to close to Whidbey Island – one the most beautiful places, in my opinion, you can drive to. – Deception Pass, Coupeville and especially Langley are the best. Of course, there is no place more beautiful than the San Juan Islands but the ferries fill up fast in the summertime.. Have fun and enjoy your new life there!
