Here’s a look at all the Winter Whimsy’s that were completed and turned into me by Feb 5th… the deadline for the Loom Along Giveaway Drawing:
Didn’t they all turn out so wonderfully cozy looking??
Everyone did such a beautiful job on their Winter Whimsys! 😀
I want to tell you how much I enjoyed having you all play yarn with me this last month…it was a lot of fun.
There were many others who joined us as well, but just didn’t have the chance yet to finish by the dead line. But these ladies were able to squeeze in the fun, and now have been included in the giveaway drawing for playing and submitting their pictures to me! 🙂
The winning name drawn by the random generator is: (drumroll, please)
*Carol Williams*
Congratulations, Carol! 😀
I’ll be announcing the winning prizes in tomorrow’s post, both for this drawing, as well as the Chat Clique’s end of the year drawings… they’re all finished and ready to go, and I really am super excited to show them to you!
Until then…Happy Looming!

WOW, I won something! Thank you SO much. You always make such fun stuff….I can hardly wait to see what my prize is.
BTW…did you post something at one time about how to make our own stitch markers? I could have sworn you did but have not been able to find it….I loved the ones you made and want to try my hand at it. Will you please give me the link again if my memory is right and you DID post something? OK…that was really convoluted…I hope you understand it. 🙂
Hi, Carol! I’m so happy that you’re so happy! I just had a litle photo shoot of the prizes and will be all set to show them to you tomorrow!
As for the link on the stitch markers, just go the Twisted Stitches page of the bloggie and scroll down a bit until you see the video series on making them. 😉 Here’s the official link: https://gettinitpegged.com/twisted-stitches/
Hope you enjoy!

So fun 🙂 All of the Whimsies turned out wonderful!
Congrats Carol! I love the color of your whimsy 🙂
One of the best things I liked about this LAL is that I had never done the double knit before. I was always afraid to try it. With Bethanys’ clear instructions, it was a breeze and I have already made a scarf using the technique. I can see I am going to have to get some of the knitting boards that allow you to do larger projects using the double knit.
check out my post about you Bethany…. and here’s my version of it without the buttons. gotta add them soon. Thanks for the idea!!
Steph
Thanks for sharing, Stephanie…it looks brilliant! 😀
