I set out to make a matching cap with a bill to go with the ‘lil Tykies…
This is what my first attempt looks like.
I think I need to go back to the drawing board! I’m not happy with the contour of the head part, and the brim is shaped incorrectly….
Oh, well! Back to the drawing board for Baby!
But ‘lil Punkin Head gets a snappy hat to dress up his outfit for his season of the year, lol!
Here he is posing in all his cuteness by my Wooly Felted Pumpkins! I think he’s happier with that hat on, lol! It’s just what he needed.
Now if I can only figure out how to get the next one right before my great-nephew comes onto the scene, I’ll be just cruisin’!
The pumpkin might have to wrestle Evan though, to see who gets to keep the cap…I think it makes him feel a little like Speed Racer, lol! 😉
Enjoy your Wednesday!
Bethany~
Oh, that hat….that hat…..that hat is just PRECIOUS! I’m not allowed to have more babies. Family said so! Curse you BETHANY!!!! CURSE YOU!!!!!
LOL! I’m over it. 😀
Your b-day looked great! I looooove robes. 🙂 Especially plushy ones….but I don’t have one yet. 😛 I’ll get one sooner or later.
Happy b-day, again!
SQUEE!!! Super cuteness! Can I come live next door? I need a buddy to craft with. Just fair warning though – I may have to drag Robin along with me… 🙂
It is so cute. The cap and shoes go so well together. Geez Wish I had talent like you
I love the hat, it looks so good on pumpkin head. Even Evan looks like he is having fun with it on lol.
That cap is the cutest darn thing I ever did see. Can’t wait to see how you improve on it 😀 you old perfectionist you.
Loomy cap cutiness – and it looks wonderful with the matching booties! What a terrific design, Bethany! Don’t you just love all the possibilities with short row shaping?
Be sure and tell Evan that the pumpkin just lost out on the cap – that cap is definitely an Evan accessory ;D
