Monday…

Is it Monday already?!

My mood has been one of transition lately.  I can’t seem to stay focused on my normal routines.  Is it the pretty spring weather?  Is it that I’m tired and need a rest…maybe a change?

Well, I do have some big change coming my way very soon.  Maybe it’s my way of bracing for that change that makes me want to squeeze  my eyes shut tight, plug my ears, and hum a happy tune to block out all other things trying to make me play the game of pushmepullyou.  I don’t know.  All I can do is just try to keep plugging along till I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

On another front, my digital photography class is going very well.  I’m really enjoying learning how to actually use all those features on my lovely camera, and how to use photoshop to make them the best they can be.  I’m actually taking pictures using other options than the auto setting, lol.

We have to turn in completed photos for critiquing based on certain elements of photography, with a total of 15 points possible on each one.  Here’s my first project, before and after editing for you to see…

I received a 12 out of 15.  I think I’ll re-submit this one to try and up the points a bit.  I know I can do it, because on my second one, I got a 15 out of 15!  I’ll show you those a bit later, as I can’t seem to be able to open the edited version on my home computer right now…but I can’t wait to show you. 🙂

Well…I’ll post again later.  I’d like to share with you about the changes ahead, but I am unable to as yet…soon, though, I promise!

Hello Bethany? It is a fantastic Tuesday here in Aussie Land, beautiful sunny and warm day.

Great photos, love to see more.

If you would like to clear your mind, take a trip to somewhere you have not been and take beautiful pictures of the surrendings. This will clear your mind and you will have more photos to practice on for editing.

Hope this helps, I went Gliding to clear my mind and soul and loved every experience of the trip. Was a majestic day for me. I have bogged about the day.

Have a fantastic and great day and week ahead.

    MonikaRose 🙂
