I am trying to make one but I am a bit confused. What is a slip turning peg and 4-st RC?? Please and thank you for your help. The pattern looks sooooo cute =)!
Hello, Theresa!
I’m so glad you’re making the Cabled Mug Hugs…I absolutely love mine, and seem to keep finding new ways to use them, lol! 😉
In answer to your questions:
1. a slip stitch means to simply not knit that stitch, so when the pattern says to slip stitch turning peg, that means to not knit the first peg in each row. This will create a nicely finished edge on both sides. 🙂
2. a 4-st RC is a 4 Stitch Right Cable…to know how to do these, please follow the links provided in the pattern for detailed tutorials on how to create cables. (under Technique Links)
Hope that helps you get going again…have a great day!
Bethany~
